How we work
From idea to delivered product
From the first conversation to final delivery, we take care of the whole chain, or just the parts you need. Sales support and design, complementary ranges, club badges, official badges, names and numbers, inbound delivery and warehousing, sampling and approval, finishing with heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation and re-sewing, quality control, packing and labelling, and finally delivery to the recipient. Eight steps, one contact person. Our complementary range fills the gaps in the brand’s offer.

It all starts with a conversation: which garments, which teams, which season and what needs to be visible. We also immerse ourselves in the club’s history and the city it plays in. Culture and the people who carry it are a key part of every club’s identity.

Needs, brief and sales support
It all starts with a conversation: which garments, which clubs, which season and what needs to be visible. We also immerse ourselves in the club’s history and the city it plays in, since culture and the people who carry it are a key part of its identity. This is also where our sales support comes in. Not just documentation and samples, but our own salespeople who join the meetings, pick up the club’s direction and add value.

Design and collections
Our design team creates placements, numbers, names and badges, or the look of the entire collection. We also develop a complementary range of garments the brand does not offer itself. Partly blank products that we finish, partly unique jerseys, scarves, beanies and more that we design and manufacture.

Inbound delivery and warehousing
The garments are delivered from the brand straight to us and stored until it is time. This applies whether you own the garments or buy them through us. Badges, names and numbers that we develop are delivered here for finishing, or straight to you.

- Receive the delivery against the ASN
- Check quantities, sizes and condition on arrival
- Register everything in our system
- Store the items until production starts
What you do (club)
- Order the garments from your brand for delivery to us
Inbound delivery and warehousing
The garments are delivered from the brand straight to us and stored until it is time. This applies whether you own the garments or buy them through us. Badges, names and numbers that we develop are delivered here for finishing, or straight to you.
What we do
- Receive the delivery against the ASN
- Check quantities, sizes and condition on arrival
- Register everything in our system
- Store the items until production starts

Sample and approval
We create exact digital representations, on torso and hanger when needed, to shorten the decision process. We take responsibility for making sure what you approve digitally can be produced on the physical garment. If you want a physical sample, we make that too.

Sample and approval
We create exact digital representations, on torso and hanger when needed, to shorten the decision process. We take responsibility for making sure what you approve digitally can be produced on the physical garment. If you want a physical sample, we make that too.

The production itself: heat transfer, embroidery and sublimation in our own production in Borås, plus re-sewing at contracted sewing factories within the EU that we work closely with. For player squads we build packages with each player’s unique requirements. They generate print scripts that we follow in production.

- Apply heat transfers, embroider, sublimate or re-sew
- Build a package per player: name, number, size per garment, age, long or short sleeve and more
- Generate print scripts that we follow in production
- Plan production around your delivery date
What you do (club)
- Provide and maintain player lists
- If you wish, place orders yourselves for the players who need kit
Finishing

Packing and labelling
We pack according to your instructions and order. As a rule we pack in bulk, but we also handle individual repacking in bags and labelling with hangtags or barcode labels. For environmental reasons we reuse the boxes and other materials the garments arrived in wherever possible.
